Palisade Hair Stylist is a family owned business established in 1995 by Pilar Rigail. The business was sold to her son Julio Franco and his wife Raysa De La Cruz in 2019. It's located at 11 Palisade Ave in Yonkers, NY 10701 close to the Getty Square area. Raysa in 1994 enrolled in John Lewis a hair design school where she received her degree in 7 months. On the other hand, Julio received his licence and certification from John Lewis beauty school in 1995.
